FABERNOVEL is looking for a motivated and talented Junior Analyst to join its international team.
The Junior Analyst will support our global clients engaged in digital transformation programs in the following areas: strategic advisory, market research, innovation outpost, customized training and workshop, digital academy, learning expeditions among others.
The Innovation Consulting team gathers entrepreneurs, social media hackers, innovation community leaders, and a stuffed unicorn. We speak Mandarin, Dutch, English, French, Wenzhounese, Shanghainese, and Italian.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and clarify clients’ needs
- Conduct market research on various topics and produce presentations including but not limited to: consumer insights, luxury new retail, new platforms, new business models, omnichannel strategy, social media, e-commerce, on-demand services…
- Assure assigned tasks are properly delivered to excellence
- Assist in the presentation of the recommendations produced
- Ensure internal and external communication on the project (meetings, articles for the official website, and social media)
- Support in building world-class proposals to win projects
- Contribute to the creation and execution of upskilling projects
- Attend events related to China’s innovation ecosystems
- Contribute to internal projects to improve efficiency and client satisfaction
Ideal Profile
- Chinese native, fluent in English, both written and spoken is a must
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, including in writing, proofreading, and speaking
- Demonstrate autonomy, curiosity, and proactivity
- Open-minded, eager to learn, and strive to perform
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule
- Master’s degree and overseas education experience preferred
- Related educational or professional background in the luxury industry a plus, passionate about working for world-class luxury brands and groups
