FABERNOVEL is looking for a motivated and talented Consulting Intern to join its international team.
The Innovation Consulting team gathers entrepreneurs, social media hackers, innovation community leaders, and a stuffed unicorn. We speak Mandarin, Dutch, English, French, Wenzhounese, Shanghainese, and Italian. Some of us have grey hairs, others are tattooed. We love learning new things, meeting the community, and helping each other.
The Innovation intern will support our global clients engaged in a digital transformation program, powered by the FABERNOVEL group in the following areas: learning expeditions, innovation outpost, customized training and workshop, strategic advisory, market research, etc.
The qualified candidate needs to be open-minded and curious about discovering new trends, as well as have a taste for client service and good interpersonal skills.
rOLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct market research on various topics including but not limited to New Retail, mobility, FinTech, robotics, digital marketing, etc. based on project needs
- Responsible for producing consulting project deliverables under the guidance include but not limited to making slides, preparing and attending focus group interviews, project documentation.
- Supporting internal projects and attending company training and upskilling
- Representing Fabernovel when needed at industry events.
iDEAL pROFILE
- Native Chinese speaker required
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken a must
- Master’s degree preferred
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Attention to details
- Excellent PowerPoint skills
- Good interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skillS
- Open-minded to be able to work on various industries and topics
- 6-month commitment needed, 4 days per week
