You will work in a team of 400 talents to foster digital marketing programs for our
international clients, develop creative & integrated marketing campaigns, media planning,
KOL relationships, and content strategy. You will lead our digital marketing team in Shanghai
to help clients to achieve their marketing goals in the Greater China market: deliver a brand
message, generate brand awareness, drive traffic, engagement, and sales.
Through our global practices, you will interact with our offices in Singapore, Paris, San
Francisco, New York, Beirut, Casablanca, and Lisbon.



Sales and Offering 

  • Maintain and enhance our offer in all digital marketing fields: starting strategy, media planning, social media management, creative & integrated marketing campaigns….
  • Lead new business pitches
  • Prepare innovative, strategic, and creative proposals
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to achieving company revenue targets

Client Service

  • Build strong rapport and trust with your clients and advise them on their (digital) marketing challenges based on your solid expertise
  • Developing scopes of work, quotations, timelines, and other project documentation
  • Managing your project financials including estimates, invoices, and payments
  • Managing your resources to forecast workload
  • Advising the creative team on technical possibilities, feasibilities, and implications

Project & Team Management

  • As a project leader, you are accountable for the timely delivery, within budget, and to the highest quality, of the projects from the accounts you manage
  • Building on your in-depth understanding of strategy, creative, content, digital, and social in China
  • Lead a growing team of talents composed of executives and managers, in an account, creative, and strategy
  • Manage and develop the talents in a kind and demanding way 

Ideal Profile


  • At least 5 years of experience in a digital marketing agency
  • Digital-native with solid digital, technology and China-social know-how
  • Successfully delivered complex and integrated digital marketing campaigns
  • Self-motivated and resourceful
  • Strong team player and good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities



  • Chinese native with excellent English
  • In-depth knowledge of Chinese platforms, tools, context, consumers and how they can be developed in different scenarios
  • In-depth understanding of brands’ digital marketing and social prospect, experienced in social business and strategy development, social media
  • Effective time management and organizational skills, as well as strong attention to detail
  • A process-driven thinker with strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills
  • Experience in luxury, beauty, and fashion industries is highly preferred
