Challenge

The group requested FABERNOVEL to deploy “off-the-shelf” training modules for the employees in APAC (covering 14 countries), from management committees and country-head levels to marketing managers levels.

Solution

FABERNOVEL designed and rolled-out numerous trainings and workshops during a 5-year program, covering the following topics: Social Listening, eReputation, Working with bloggers, Story Telling and Content Strategy, CRM, e-commerce, Search Marketing, Inspirational Campaigns and Metrics & KPIs.
