In China, AXA is a partner of ICBC. It also owns a 50% stake of auto insurer Tian Ping to form AXA Tianping Property & Casualty Insurance Company Limited (AXATP), the largest international insurer operating in China.

On the digital front, AXA is investing to become a leading e-insurance provider. Since 2013, AXA has invested €950 million in digital projects, including setting up AXA Lab Asia and AXA Strategic Ventures in Shanghai and Hong Kong, respectively.

Challenge

AXA requested FABERNOVEL to design and setup an Innovation Program in Shanghai, for the annual Corporate Meeting of AXA group, gathering the Executive Committee and the top global 180 senior executives of the company.
